My students range from age five through senior citizen. I love to help students discover the joy in creating music. Particularly for older students, I design approaches for the individual and his/her goals. I believe a balanced approach to the flute includes improvisation, theory, and exercises in addition to beautiful and fun pieces. In the service of inspiration I try to open students' ears and minds to various kinds of music. |
